Sales Tax
If you are ordering from a state that charges sales tax for items shipped to your state, sales tax will be added to your invoice. If you are exempt from your state sales tax, please provide documentation.
Returns
Products in their original condition may be exchanged, credited, or refunded if returned within 30 days of receipt.
Exception: Opened games are NOT returnable.
Shipping
U.S. regular shipping: We ship orders in the contiguous US via FedEx ground. Alaska and Hawaii orders require air service; see expedited shipping below.
U.S. expedited shipping: We offer 3-Day, 2-Day, and Next Day Air service to most US addresses. Expedited shipping will be charged actual freight. Please call for detailed price quote.
International services: We can ship most items worldwide. PAL or other required versions of videotapes cost an extra $10 per item. Delivery charges vary. Duties and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. Please contact us for shipping fees and estimated delivery times.
