Bullying is verbal or physical behavior intended to hurt, bother, or demonstrate power over someone. Often, the behavior is repeated over time.

This curriculum explores the different types of bullying, direct and indirect, and common motivations for bullying. It poses questions that prompt discussion that give all members of the bullying equation - the bully, the bullied, and bystanders - fresh insights into bullying. The goal of this program is to empower individuals to stand on a foundation of values so they may act responsibility when faced with difficult decisions.
