This volume teaches young adults how to recognize and cultivate healthy relationships with partners, family members, and friends. Teens will learn how to communicate effectively with others, lower their risk of domestic and child abuse, and stay connected with the people who provide a strong network of support in their lives.

• Boost their level of self-esteem
