Designed for administrators, social workers and parents, this workshop offers first-hand insights into what it's like for youth to "feel different." Presenters will offer effective strategies for pre-placement preparation of families for children of color, for increasing recruitment of families of color, and for recognizing and responding to the needs of children/youth placed cross-culturally.
